Obtaining An Injunction
Sometimes urgent action is required to protect your interests. Injunctions can be obtained from the court to stop someone doing something or to compel them to do something.
Someone who owes you money may be trying to dispose of their assets. A former employee may have made off with confidential information and you want it back and to stop them using it. A current or former employee may be breaching the terms of their employment contract by working nearby for a competitor. Squatters may be preventing you developing land and you need them removed.
In all of these examples an injunction may be the way forward. If they apply to you do not delay in contacting us. If you seek injunctive relief the court expects you to act quickly.
